There is a flow cytometry test for Borreliacidal antibodies which are lethal to the
Borrelia burgdorferi, the causitive agent for Lyme disease.

We have a complete description of the test in Current Protocols in Cytometry, Unit
11.5. This unit was authored by Steve Callister et al.
