I totally agree with Maryalice.  We have tried for many years to do
this assay both in a clinical and research setting and found similar
limitations.  Since we do much with CLL we also tried it in these
cases as a potential control and found positive staining..the bottom
line is that the antibodies available are not reliable enough for a
clinical flow test at this time.
