eBioscience carries a line of antibodies to human & mouse toll-like receptors: TLR1, TLR2, TLR4, TLR6, TLR9, and CD180 (RP105) for applications including flow, neutralization (azide free), IP and blotting. Specifically for detection of human TLRs by flow, GD2.F4 (anti-human TLR1) is available in purified and PE-conjugated, HTA125 (anti-human TLR4) in purified and PE-conjugated and Biotin, TL2.1 (anti-human TLR2) in purified and FITC, PE, and Biotin. The pAbs to human TLR4, TLR6, TLR9 are recommended for immunoblotting application only. We are currently developing and characterizing mAbs to human TLR9, TLR3, TLR6, and the rest of the family for flow and neutralization studies. For more details on TLR's, please visit http://www.ebioscience.com/ebioscience/tlr.htm. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joost Schuitemaker" <j.h.schuitemaker@AMC.UVA.NL> To: cyto-inbox Sent: Monday, December 03, 2001 11:35 PM Subject: anti-human TLR antibodies Dear colleagues, Lots of laboratories are interested in the experession of the TLRs on different cell types. Good flow cytometry antibodies seem to be a problem. We are searching for these antibodies too. The anti-human TLR1 (GD2.F4) and TLR2 (TL2.1) do work in the flow cytometer, we understand from others. Does anyone know of any other antibodies to for instance TLR4 and TLR9? I will be happy to return a full list of the suggested antibodies to the list. Thanx for your help, Joost ______________________________________________________________ J.H.N. Schuitemaker Senior Research Technician Dept.
