Dear Juan,

After I've seen your attached file my first idea was that your case may
be an acut myeloid leukemia. In my opinion the population what you
reported as monocytes are myeloid blasts wich is supported by the
findings of the CD45/SSC pattern , the CD34 and myeloid marker (13, 33,
MPO) positivity. The CD19 may be an aberrant expression of this
B-lineage marker.
