Has anyone studied the specific interaction between cell surface expressed
proteins and phospholipid vesicles in FACS?

My plan is to make vesicle containing phosphatidyl serine (PS) and choline
(PC) mixed with fluorescent PC or PS (NBD coupled) and let these vesicles
bind to COS cells expressing phospholipid-binding proteins.

Can this be done?
