Hello Flow community, I have a few questions from looking over the above publication. 1. How many are using CD65 in diagnosis of myeloid leukemias or for acute leukemias of ambiguous lineage. I noticed the scoring system from the European Group for immunologic Classification of leukemia gives it a score of 1. I have not used it and wondered how prevalent and useful it is for others. 2. How common is the use of FMC7 for CLLs. In the section on CLLs, there is a scoring system of one point each which uses SIg weak, CD5 pos, CD23 pos, CD79b/CD22 weak and FMC7 neg looking for a score of 4-5 for CLL. I am not using FMC7 but find CD43 helpful as well as intensity of stain and of course CD5 and CD23. I also use intensity of CD20 which I do not see listed. What is your common practice. Also, how many are using CD79b. I am not familiar with that particular antibody. thanks again, bessie -- Bessie Kam Email: bkam@dls.queens.org The Queen's Medical Center, Pathology FAX: 808-547-4045 Phone: 808-547-4271
