Hi Rachel, I dont know about Rhodamine but I generally use Annexin-Cy3 (from MBL) when I want to use FITC or GFP as well. Alternatively if you have a red light source the Annexin-AlexaFluor647 from Molecular Probes (www.probes.com) works well as well. Derek On 2 Nov 2001, Rachel O.
