TCR g/d receptors in Guillain-Barre

Hi All,
Has anyone done flow for identification and quantification of TCR g/d Vd1 or Vd2
on isolated peripheral T cells in  GBS patients?  We have done some and found that
the numbers of events are usually little more than background noise.    I feel hinky
about these data and conclusions drawn from them.   I'd appreciate any of your advice
and experience.
