Anderson Cancer Center Flow Cytometry and Cellular Imaging Facility POSITION: RESEARCH SCIENTIST/FLOW CYTOMETRY SPECIALIST Proposed Starting Date October 10, 2001 or as soon as possible Qualifications: Ph.D. or M.S. with experience in Flow Cytometry/ Cell Sorting to work with users of this NCI-sponsored, state-of -the-art Core facility (FACS Vantage SE, FACS Vantage, LSR, FACScan, LSC, Ultra View Laser Confocal Microscope). Expertise in analytical cytometry and cell sorting required. Candidate will be trained in confocal microscopy. Active participation in stem cell and leukemia research projects is desirable. Qualified scientist has the possibility of being promoted to MDACC faculty. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes excellent benefits.
