Hi Jack,
    Try some .005" cleaning wire. On the Purdue Cytometry CD Vol. 5, there is a handy procedure on how to clean the sample injection tubing with this cleaning wire. It even has pictures... wow. If you don't have this cleaning wire please contact me directly and I would happy to help you.
