We're about to get a large batch of cells which have been cryopreserved for several months. One of the things I was asked to do is measure CD69 and inf-gamma production by flow; are the cells ready to be activated after the thawing procedure? Or should I let them "recover" ? I know they have been ficoll-isolated (which I have seen causing higher CD69 base level) and I dont know what if any effect DSMO has on cells' activation capabilities. Aside from a viability check, are there any special treatments for frozen cells in flow? any feedback would be welcome, maciej ===== `---------------------------------------------` | Maciej S.
