I'm confused - are Cytomation saying they can't service them or
won't service them?

Dear Group,
We have 2 EPICS flow cytometers using Cicero interfaces, and
one
    of
the Cicero's got zapped by a power outage (the front panel lights

normal but all of the signals are gone). We were told by
Cytomation
that they no longer provide any support for these units, so I was
wondering if there is anyone else out there who can service them.
