Re: Software for Ca2+ ratios

Hey Ken

Flowjo does a great job of this, you can generate ratio parameters and plot them as
line graphs against time. You can also use Ray Hick's FACS Assistant to generate ratios
and line graph data that you can plot in another program like cricket graph or excel,
I think you can download it from www.FCSPress.com.

I'll brace myself for the barrage of "out of office replies". Is it just me is it
very annoying?

Hi Flowers,

I've just started doing some Ca flux experiments using Fluo-3 and Fura Red.
Does anyone have any comments and/or suggestions on the software available
to calculate the Fluo-3/Fura Red ratio. We're acquiring our data on a BD
FACSCalibur thru cellquest.

Thanks,
