Dear flowers,
we have a case of CD13+,CD33+, HLA+,CD34+ and CD117+( bright) but MPO
Negative ( less than 12% ).  I knew Later that this patient was taking
chemo! the quastion is do chemo have this strong effect on MPO .
please note that all other primary markers were negative.
