Did you try using conditioned medium? Also, try cloning a cell line that
you know grows well. It's always possible that your cells aren't making it
into the wells for any number of reasons.

Subject: viability of P-19 embryonic carcinoma after sorting

Hello list members

I wonder if anyone has any ideas on how to make
P-19 embryonic carcinoma cells grow after sorting
into 96 or 24 well plates.
Less than 1% of the sorted cells develop into colonies.

Thanks
Ayala
