Hi All, I can't get onto the Purdue site to search the archive at the moment, so I'll ask here.... Q1: I've seen mention of TO-PRO-3 as a dead-cell stain; does TOTO-3 behave similarly? Q1a: Have either of these been compared to PI in presence of Paraformaldehyde fixation? Q2: Ethidium Bromide has some limitations as a dead-cell stain in that it gets into live cells more readily than PI and leaks out more quickly; does Ethidium Monoazide have the same problems? Q3: Is there an analogue of EMA that is excited by 633 or 635 laser? Much Thanks, Joseph. -- Joseph Webster, Flow Cytometry Facility Centenary Institute, Sydney AUSTRALIA.
