Dear Group,

I am looking for recommendations for a bead-based Ser/Thr kinase assay for screening. Does anyone have a good protocol or reference they could suggest?  
Alternatively, does anyone have any experience with the Beadlyte kit from UBI that requires some sort of a license requiring it to be run on a Luminex machine?
