Hi all,

Some time ago I asked you some questions about CFSE staining of human
HSC. You were very helpful and I got some very useful tips. One was to
keep the cells overnight after staining to enable quenching of the dye.
Now, does anybody have a reference where this was actually tested and
proven. I have searched already in PubMed and Medline, without success.
I would be very grateful if you could help me on this.
