Hi Flowers,

I am trying to setup a supportive protocol for the diagnosis of
Myelodysplastic syndromes. I am using CD10 intensity and DNA content of
granulocytes in the bone marrow based on the following articles:-
1. Decreased CD10-positive mature granulocytes in bone marrow from patients
with myelodysplastic syndrome. Arch Pathol Lab Med-Vol 124, August 2000.
2. DNA content of granulocytes, monocytes, and lymphocytes in the bone
marrow smears of patients with MDS. Amer. Jour. of Hema. 67:112-118 (2001).

Could any one provide additional information about the above topic.

Thanks
