A laboratory technologist to senior technologist position is open in
the Pulmonary & Critical Care Section, Dept. Medicine at the University of
Chicago, Chicago, IL Responsibilities will include cell culture and
analyses on the flow cytometer as well as molecular techniques which are
planned for the series of NIH-funded studies of cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
Qualifications: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in biological science
preferably in biochemistry, cell or molecular biology; some previous
experience working in a research laboratory beneficial; good manual
dexterity and excellent organizational skills. Salary will depend on the
