Dear Flowers,
Hello all. I want some information regarding the expression (RNA not
protein)of various apoptosis marker/proteins in human PBMC and at what time
points does their expression switch on after stimulation (PMA/A23187)
basically looking for the first detectable stage of apoptosis. I want to
design and use some RTPCR primers so as to detect apoptosis markers at the
transcription level. Does any one have an idea after how long of the mRNA
transcription does the protein translation take place and when the apoptosis
machineray is activated (say a time lag of 30min etc). Thanks a ton.
Thanks a lot for your help for my previous query regarding cord blood. I
think I had sent a summary of the responses but it does not seem to have
reached the list. Thanks a lot anyway.
 Regards,
 Rana
