Dear All,
I am planning to measure the mobelisation of calcium either as an
influx from the extrcellular medium or the release of intracellular stores
in activated cells(i.e monocytes, T cells and different type of cell lines)
using flow cytometery technique. I have never done this before and do not
have a working protocol to start with. I would really appreciate if someone
could provide me with a protocol for measuring the calcium flux and also the
right concentration of the requierd antibodies.
