Hi Everyone.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out.  I am trying to label a protein
that binds to macrophages and gets internalized.  However, I want to label
the protein of the cell surface. Are there other ways to prevent
internalization besides keeping cells at 4C or using Sod. Azide.
