I also am getting very high backgrounds with my PE-Cy5, but just when using
the Pharmingen mouse IgM anti-human CCR7 and the recommended IgM isotype
control, and not with IgG antibodies. Are the IgMs more likely to
precipitate because of their structure ? How fast should they be centrifuged
to get rid of the precipitates ?
