Dear Flowers

I have a problem with CD35 estimation in whole blood. I would like to use the CD35, as a function of complement activation. I use the standard method, 20 min incubation with FITC conjugated CD35 mAb, and then 15min incubation with lysing solution. And I really don’t now way the expression of this receptor in all my samples are 0%.
