  is anyone aware of methodology for permeabilisation of cells to allow
entrance and binding of fluorescent DNA probes for FACS analysis similar to
FISH methods .[Rudensky] specifically , is anyone aware of this methodology
for diagnosing philadelphia chromosome or RAR , etc.
