Hi FLOWers

We are trying to stain endothelial cells with a mouse (IgG) anti human CD39 from serotec
( MCA1268). It is not directly conjugated so we are using a second antibody from them
as well rabbit anti mouse IgG (Star9B).

However, we cant get the staining to work.

We have several years experience in staining so we dont think we are doing anything
wrong.

Has anyone else used this antibody, and if so can you provide us with an outline of
your method.

Heather
