naive/memory/effector subsets

Dear flowers,

I have the idea that using the combination CD45RA/CD62L (or CD27/CD62L in frozen cells) you can define naive, memory and effector subsets. I have two questions:

1.- How is the effector subset defined using these combinations?

2.- Would it be the same to use the combination CD45RO/CD62L (or CD27/CD62) to define these subsets?
