At the ISAC Congresses, the first day of the meeting is taken up with a series of tutorials and a wide range of topics related to cytometry. Last year in Montpelier, we had 14 tutorials, including one free tutorial by Dave Coder on Cytometric Resources. The tutorial programme has become a major feature of the ISAC Congresses. It is important that we improve them, keep up with changing fields, etc., so that they continue to be one of the attractions of our meetings. I have been asked to organise the tutorials for ISAC XXI in San Diego, 2002. Before I start, I would like to canvass a broad range of opions about what tutorials we should run. I have attached the tutorial programme for Montpelier in 2000. What tutorials would you like in 2002? Are there any extra topics which should be covered? There are a lot of clinical applications which are not included. Should we increase the number of clinically oriented tutorials? Should the emphasis of some of the tutorials be changed? Are there any tutorials which we should drop? Which tutorials would you definitely keep? I would be very grateful for any input. Everyone's views will be given serious conideration. One proviso - we will not be able to take every suggestion on board. We only have one day to fit everything in! Many thanks in anticipation.
