I agree with Mary.  Cases of Follicular lymphoma that are (sIg -) are rare.
If you trust that the antibodies were properly added and still sees no or
marginal expression (polyclonal) along with strong expression of
CD10/CD19/CD20, it will most likely be a Follicular Lymphoma.

I am attaching the dotplots in a word file (flow.doc) of a recent case.  In
this case, not only the surface Ig were negative, but also the cytoplasmic
were negative as well. Only 6% of the B cells expressed either Kappa or
Lambda light chain. <<flow.doc>>
