Hi,

I am new to cell sorting.  We have recently acquired a FACStarPLUS, and it
is up and running.  What is the appropriate filter size that one should use
to filter lymphocytes from mouse spleens prior to sorting?  On a FACScan, I
have been using a 48 micron steel mesh and have observed no problems.  Also,
is stainless steel mesh preferable over nylon?
