A colleague is designing a study to measure macrophage and neutrophil
activation in Canine lung lavage by flow cytometry. Can anyone suggest
possible population and activation markers for either of the two cell types?
Also, who would be possible sources of antibodies for these markers that
would be either specific for canine or at least cross-reactive with canine.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions you would have.
