Hi everyone, perhaps a little off topic.. We've had major billing problems with BD, same time of year, this year and last. We try to use our PO number to order something, they tell us our PO is outstanding by about a year's worth of money. When we call our accounts payable they say it's been paid for, on time, and they have the paper work to show for it. It takes 4-5 days to resolve this and "unblock" the account in order for us to be able to order reagents again. I wonder if anyone else has this type of problem? We usually find out about it when stuff we order doesn't arrive on time and we have to call BD about it. Sorry for the diversion...
