    My name is Wilmara Salgado, from the University of
Wisconsin-Madison.  I work with Dr. Byrne in the Department of Medical
Microbiology and Immunology.  We will be starting a new experiment with
alveolar macrophages and I was hoping if someone could give me an advice
in terms of the best technique for lung lavage and the maintenance of
the cells (growth media, buffer, etc.).
