Which markers should I use to immunophenotype monocytes/macrophages in mouse bone marrow??? I am currently using Ly-6G in combination with CD11b. We are seeing an interesting phenotype in some knockout mice we are studying. We would like to confirm whether there are increased numbers of mature monocytes/macrophages as indicated by low Ly-6G/high CD11b. Can anyone suggest some alternate markers?
