Hi Maryalice,
The few PLL cases we looked at were CD103 neg.
Have you done the cytochemical staining for tartrate resistant acid
phosphatase? It is considered one of the characteristic features of HCL and
I run it in unclear cases. Splenic lymphoma with villous lymphocytes can
also be TRAP+ but it should not express 103.
