I typical run this tip at 10-12 PSI.  DDF is 14-16K.  I usually limit the
sort speed to 33% of DDF so would try not to exceed 5K/s (unless of course
I'm wanting to go very fast in an enrichment mode - have done 10K/s on the
150 tip).  The calculated cell velocity would be around 10-11m/s.
