Back in business!

Our cytometer is up and running again, with many thanks to everyone who
emailed suggestions and in particular Steve Merlin. It turns out that
one of the lines under a pinch valve was occluded with crystals. Once
this was cleaned (as well as a compounding error created by yours
truely) I was able to run beads through the instrument. I also went to
the research center that donated the instrument and was able to find
additional documentation for it. Of course, in the manual were
directions for what to do every two to four weeks to avoid crystal
formation in the lines!

Again, thanks to the many of you who helped me resolve this problem.

Regards,

Tony
