Alignment beads for 457 laser line/ECFP

To people using ECFP:

For those of you using 457nm to excite ECFP - what do you use for laser
alignment??  I can't id a bead that looks like it will work from published
lit.  I will try FlowChecks and Spherotech beads but thought I'd check what
y'all were using.
