Our hospital is standardizing on plastic tubes for specimens. Has any flow cytometry
laboratory validated the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Vacutainer Plus tubers from
BD for routine clinical work? We perform immunophenotyping of patient tissues for
lymphoma, leukemia, immunodeficiencies, etc.
