Does anyone know of an anti-CXCR4 antibody that does not cross react with
SDF-1? The 12G5 clone (from
Phamagin) and other anti-CXCR4 antibody clones (from R & D Systems) all
compete with SDF-1 to some degree.
I need an antibody that recognizes that CXCR4 molecule (reacts with the
extracellular domain of the receptor and
so can be measured by flow) after the transwell assay, that is after the
CD34+ cells have been exposed to SDF-1.

Thank you, Jim Kurtz
