Hi, colleagues

I need some help.
When I perform the test for detection of cytoplasmic mu chain,
I find the fluorescent signal of all cell populations (including granulocytes)
 is increased more than one log, so I can't determine whether the target cells'
 signal is really positive.

I don't know what's the problem.
I use the goat F(ab')2 anti-human IgM-PE (BioSource International, CA)
and BD's Permeabilization solution.
The procedures are according to BD's standard procedure manual.

Any suggestion or comment will be helpful.
