Methods in Cytokine Biology Symposium

From: Calman Prussin (CPRUSSIN@niaid.nih.gov)
Date: Thu Dec 14 2000 - 17:33:31 EST

This is not a flow cytometry meeting, but I thought it would be of general
interest to the list. A good number of the cytokine detection techniques use
flow cytometry. Please forward to people you think may be interested.

> The 3rd Methods in Cytokine Biology Symposium is a one day meeting on
> January 22nd, 2001 organized by the NIH Cytokine Interest Group. There is
> no registration and no fee. The meeting is from 9:00-4:00 at the Natcher
> Conference Center on the NIH grounds in Bethesda Maryland. The conference
> center is a minutes walk from the Medical Center metro station . The
> meeting is open to non-NIH investigators.
>
> The website for the meeting is: http://www.fmvcc.gov/CIG/methods01.html
>
> The focus of the meeting is on current and cutting-edge techniques in
> cytokine biology. The program consists of a morning plenary session given
> by investigators. The early afternoon consists of concurrent investigator
> led workshops directed at enabling attendees to apply these techniques in
> their own labs. Ending the day there are company sponsored tutorials on
> emerging techniques.
