Sub-saturating amounts of antibody may lead to aggregation of erythrocytes due to binding of one antibody molecule to two different cells. Try dilute the blood sample more ( e.g. in our RedQuant CD55/CD59 kit , we recommend a 1/300 final dilution) and/or test higher concentrations of antibody. Do not hesitate to contact us , if you do not find solution to your problem. Hope that helps. He found that the erythrocytes were aggregated, and he got two peaks in healthy controls. We wonder whether there is some mistake in sample treatment. So we expected the experts here could help us.
