Cytoplasmic staining for MPO

HI all,

We perform cytoplasmic staining for MPO using the Caltag Fix and Perm kit.
We have lots of problems with the scatter of the cells changing from tube to
tube, ie the control will look quite different to the MPO tube. Has anybody
got any bright ideas or perhaps a better methodology. Currently we stain for
surface antigens using the Coulter Q prep system.
