We're trying to do HLA phenotyping by flow cytometry, and are having trouble with antibodies. We're particularly interested in HLA-A2, HLA-A3 and possibly HLA-A1 and HLA-B27. Does anyone know where we can get antibodies (particularly in Australia, but if not, then anywhere)? We have been buying then from One-Lambda, but we're having some problems with non-specific binding. Thanks in advance, Julie _____________________________________________ Julie Wood Stem Cell Biology Children's Cancer Institute Australia for Medical Research Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick NSW 2031 AUSTRALIA Ph: 61 2 9382 1842 Fax: 61 2 9382 1850 Email: julie.wood@unsw.edu.au _____________________________________________ ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** This email and the files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
