>	Has anyone done any work with intracellular cytokine staining for Flow
Cytometry with feline white blood cells? I have a client who wants to
measure MAPk using flow. We need to get into the cells and have tried
using a home made permeabilization buffer used in intracelluar staining.
We are not having great results and have learned over the years that any
new species is a whole new ball game, so we are starting at step one.
>	If anyone out there is doing feline intracelluar staining would you be
kind enough to let me know what permeabilzation buffer you are using. Is
it a a commercially prepared buffer, which one and how much do you use. Is
it a home made buffer, would you be kind enough to send the recipe and
quantities used in relation to cell number.
>	Thanks in advance to all with advice.
