I need to calibrate a partec PAS for the detection of E. coli, grown
under starvation conditions in a chemostat (stained and unstain). I need
to detect sizes from 1.0 um to 0.2 um. I used 0.2 um polystyrene beads
from Polysciences, but they seems to become a resident particle in the
tubing after their use. Any suggestions for particles that won't be left
behind.
