	Dear Flow Cytometry Group,

	This is not  flow cytometry question.
	I'm looking for  someone who used  VACUTAINER CPT for the separation
of	mononuclear cells from
	 whole blood. How this method is comparable with conventional
Ficoll	method; reproducibility, accuracy,
	etc.?
		Any recomendations greatly appriciated. Lyuba
