Hi all, I am looking for some info regarding this system. Does anybody have info regarding the colors used in identifying the beads, I know they're using 2 infared dyes and a second laser to pick these up. They can apperently ID at least 64 bead populations I assume that they do this by using an 8 by 8 matrix of the 2 colors, how well are these populations discriminated? how is itQC'd ? what happens if the beads "go off" do the populations merge? Do the beads go off? Are there any compensation issues using these 2 colors? Sorry about all the questions, but info is a bit hard to come by, and the marketing materials make this seem like a really good system. With thanks John
